1. By availing the Personal Online LCIF Coaching of Coach Dave, you agree to commit yourself to the process of achieving your weight loss goals. Success requires dedication and consistency.

2. By availing the Personal Online LCIF Coaching of Coach Dave, you acknowledge that your weight loss journey is ultimately your own responsibility. While Coach Dave will provide guidance and support, the effort to follow the program lies with you.

3. By availing the Personal Online LCIF Coaching of Coach Dave, you acknowledge that Coach Dave's program is not a substitute for medical advice, as he is not a licensed medical doctor, registered dietitian, or any other healthcare professional. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any weight loss program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. Coach Dave, his entire team, and all affiliates will not be liable for any consequences resulting from your decision to proceed with the program without consulting a healthcare professional first.

By availing the Personal Online LCIF Coaching of Coach Dave, you acknowledge that the program provides general nutrition and wellness advice specifically tailored to your current conditions, life realities, and objectives. Therefore, it's essential to understand that individual results may vary, and what works for one person may not work for another.

5. By availing the Personal Online LCIF Coaching of Coach Dave, you agree to receive online, mobile, and/or offline communications from Coach Dave in line with his program, such as progress updates, program changes, and additional resources that may benefit you on your weight loss journey.

6. By availing the Personal Online LCIF Coaching of Coach Dave, you trust that Coach Dave, his entire team, and all affiliates will keep your information confidential and will not share it without your consent, except as required by law.

7. By availing the Personal Online LCIF Coaching of Coach Dave, you agree to pay 15,000.00 Philippine Pesos in full upon availing Coach Dave's program. Please note that service and administrative charges may apply if you request a refund, depending on the date of the refund request.

8. By availing the Personal Online LCIF Coaching of Coach Dave, you agree that all materials provided as part of Coach Dave's program are his intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without his permission.

9. By availing the Personal Online LCIF Coaching of Coach Dave, you agree that Coach Dave has the right to terminate your participation in the coaching program if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in any behavior deemed harmful or disruptive to yourself or others.
